iGoDirect Group Becomes iGo Group, Marking a New Chapter Focused on Engagement That Works

iGoDirect Group Becomes iGo Group, Marking a New Chapter Focused on Engagement That Works

Melbourne, Australia | 21 October 2026

After more than 28 years helping businesses connect with customers and employees, reward loyalty and drive growth, iGoDirect Group today announced it is renaming to iGo Group.

The new name reflects the evolution of the business from its direct marketing roots into a diversified group delivering engagement solutions across payments, loyalty, rewards, promotions and credentials.

While the name is changing, the focus remains the same: helping businesses build engagement that actually works.

Over nearly three decades, iGo has expanded its capabilities to support organisations throughout the entire engagement journey, from customer acquisition and promotions to loyalty, rewards, fulfilment and credentialing solutions. The move to iGo Group better represents the breadth of the organisation today and the opportunities ahead.

Pat Dalton, Founder and Group Managing Director of iGo Group, said the rebrand reflects both the company’s heritage and its future direction.

“We’ve grown well beyond where we started. Today, we’re helping businesses create meaningful engagement through payments, loyalty, rewards and credential solutions that drive measurable outcomes. The move to iGo Group reflects the business we’ve become and the future we’re building.”

“Our purpose is simple: we give businesses the power to build engagement that actually works. Every product, platform and service across the group is designed around that idea.”

The rebrand also formalises an endorsed brand architecture that brings together the group’s specialist businesses under a single parent brand and maintains their visual identities, including True Rewards, Giftiee, YourSayPays and iDentiTech. Together, these businesses provide integrated engagement solutions that can be tailored to the unique needs of each client.

At the centre of the new brand are three core pillars:

Built to Fit – creating solutions shaped around client needs, not the other way around.

Proven – backed by more than 28 years of real-world experience delivering results.

End-to-End – providing strategy, technology, fulfilment and execution under one roof.

“Clients don’t need more complexity. They need partners who understand their business, build solutions around their objectives and follow through on delivery,” said Dalton.

“That’s what we’ve done for more than 28 years and that’s what we’ll continue doing as iGo Group. We’re on our clients’ side, and we’re investing in the capabilities, technology and expertise that help them grow.”

The transition to iGo Group will not affect existing client relationships, services or teams. Instead, it creates a stronger platform for innovation, collaboration and growth across the group’s expanding portfolio of engagement solutions.

As iGo Group enters its next chapter, the business remains focused on helping organisations attract customers, build loyalty, reward behaviour, strengthen relationships and deliver measurable commercial outcomes through engagement that works.
